Bow Hunting
Because of Namibia's predictable dry climate your hunting plans are unlikely to be disrupted by rainfall and hunting can begin several months earlier than other areas in Southern Africa. The large concentrations of game, their dependence on water holes and defined migratory routes enables a hunter to apply various techniques of bow hunting, either it be from tree stands, natural blinds, water hole blinds or stalking. Leopard hunting with bow and arrow is illegal in Namibia. All leopard hunts were done for tests only with special approval from the Ministry of Wildlife Conservation and Tourism.
